Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product however these are returned at the customer's expense.

This excludes faulty products. (any faulty products can be returned and we will cover this cost with your refund).

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that: 

The product was purchased in the last 15 days 

The product is in its original packaging

The product isn’t used or damaged

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Send the product with its original to Trendy Steps 22 Lidget Hill Pudsey, LS287DR 

Refunds will be actioned with 2 working days of receiving them back.

 

Exchanging for a different pair

Please contact us directly to see if this is possible based upon availability. There will be a charge for posting out irrespective of the price of the items. Alternatively, place a new order for the new pair and return the original order, the refund will be given once the original order is received and checked. The return must be done within 15 days of the original purchase.
